Mogren and Grblje have three minus points each!

Fierce punishments by the FSCG Disciplinary Commission - three points were deducted from the senior teams of Mogren and Grblje due to the unjustified non-appearance of the cadet teams of these two clubs in the Cadet League of Montenegro!

If possible appeals are not accepted, this means that the performance of Mogren decreases from 20 to 17 points (drop from 5th to 6th position) and Grblja from 17 to 14 points (drop from 7th to 9th place).

For the first time in history, the Football Association of Montenegro took such drastic measures due to the non-appearance of cadet teams, because the regulations for the Competition state that First League clubs are obliged to participate in all permanent competitions (youth and cadet leagues).

The basis for such decisions was found by the Disciplinary Commission in Article 77 of the FSCG Disciplinary Regulations, which literally states:

"If the team of younger categories unjustifiably does not perform in the match of the regular competition, the senior team of that club will be sentenced to a disciplinary measure of deducting three to nine points, or three to nine negative points".

This means that the punishments received by Mogren and Grbalj are the lightest possible according to the FSCG regulations.

In the announcement of the FSCG Disciplinary Commission, it is stated that the cadets of Mogren unjustifiably did not appear at the match with Zeta within the 10th round of the Cadet League of Montenegro, and the same offense was committed by the cadets of Grblje, who did not play the match with Sutjeska.

The FSCG disciplinary commission also punished the cadet teams of Mogren and Grblje with one minus point each.

Just as badly as his club, Mogren's coach Brano Milačić also passed the FSCG Disciplinary Commission.

He was banned from performing his duties for a month due to unsportsmanlike behavior - insulting the referees in the return match of the quarter-finals of the Cup of Montenegro Mogren - Bokelj.

Due to the suspension, Milacic did not sit on the bench in Saturday's championship match with Grblje, and the latest punishment means that he will not be able to lead his team in the matches against Budućnost and Zeta away, as well as Rudar at home.
