The coach of the Spanish football team, Vicente Del Bosque, said today that the country has many talented players who are looking for their chance in the national team and that they should be combined in the team with more experienced players.
"We have many young people who are looking for their chance in the national team. We are convinced that we should combine them with more experienced ones," Del Bosque told Spanish media.
At the Confederations Cup in Brazil, Spain lost in the final against the hosts with a convincing 3:0, and Del Bosque said that none of the national team members will be punished for that.
"We will not punish anyone for losing to Brazil. Especially after everything we've been through and all our successes," said Del Bosque.
Del Bosque took over the Spanish national team in 2008 and has since won the World Cup in South Africa in 2010 and the continental championships in Poland and Ukraine two years later.
