Milan football players defeated Catania tonight 3:1 (0:1) in the first match of the 15th round of Serie A.
Milan came to their sixth victory in the championship after a turnaround in the second half, although they had more players in most of that period, as the host was left without the suspended Barrientos in the 49th minute.
Nikola Legrotalje put Catania in the lead in the 11th minute, and Stefan El Shaarawi in the 53rd and 91st and Kevin Prince Boateng in the 56th minute brought all three points to the guests.
El Shaarawi scored his 13th goal in the championship and confirmed that he is playing in excellent shape this season, while Boateng earned a red card at the end of the game.
Juventus and Torino will play tomorrow, while Napoli - Pescara, Bologna - Atalanta, Genoa - Chievo, Inter - Palermo, Lazio - Parma, Siena - Roma, Udinese - Cagliari and Fiorentina - Sampdoria will meet on Sunday.
