FS Switzerland took four points away from Xamaks

The Swiss Football Association today deducted four points from the first league club Xamaks due to non-payment of salaries to the players.

The association stated that Xamaks did not prove that it paid the players wages and social security for October last year.

This is the second time that Chechen Bulat Chagayev has faced punishment since he took over the club, as four were confiscated from Xamaks in December.

Chagaev is at the center of an investigation by the Swiss authorities for alleged fraud with bank documents.

Xamaks has the right to appeal, and is currently fourth in the table.
