The soccer player of Wolfsburg, Belarus, Aleksandar Hleb, said today that he will not play until October due to a knee injury.
Hleba had knee surgery in June and arrived at the German club on loan from Barcelona.
"I'm happy to be back in the Bundesliga," said Hleb.
Wolfsburg coach Felix Magat described the Belarus national team player as an "extraordinary football player".
He did not want to comment on the allegations from the media that Wolfsburg will have to pay Barcelona 100.000 euros for each appearance of Hleb.
Magat and Hleb already worked together in Stuttgart from 2001 to 2004, and the Belarusian later played for Hamburg, Arsenal and Barcelona.
