Spanish Premier League club Betis brought Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz on loan today.
The Paraguayan representative has not imposed himself in City since he came from Blackburn in 2009, where he spent the second part of last season on loan.
Before Santa Cruz, coach Roberto Mancini gave priority in attack to Edin Dzeko, then Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez or Mario Balotelli.
Betis started the season with a 1:0 victory over Granada, which also entered Primera this season.
