Sergio Kun Aguero was presented as a new player for Manchester City.
Immediately after arriving at the new club, he was asked to comment on the anger of Atletico Madrid fans, who cannot forgive him for leaving.
"I'm not a villain for changing clubs. Nor am I a bad character in this movie, although some want to believe so," Aguero responded to criticism that he wanted out of Atlético at all costs.
During the Europa League qualification match against Stromsgodset, the fans of the Madrid club chanted "die, die" from the stands, and derogatory banners were pasted on Aguero's account.
The Argentinian striker, one of the most talented footballers in the history of Athletics, moved to Manchester City four days ago for 42 million euros.
