The victory against Uzbekistan in Podgorica brought the football team of Montenegro progress in the FIFA rankings - the "brave falcons" are now the 24th power in the world.
Montenegro has 820 points, one more than Switzerland, which fell by two positions after the draw with Bulgaria in the qualifiers - it is now in 25th place.
Spain is still in first place (1.857 points), the Netherlands is second (1.702), and now Brazil is in third place, having overtaken Germany and Argentina.
The change in the TOP 10 is the fall of Croatia by two places, as well as the progress of Portugal (8th place) and Italy, which is now ninth.
The Serbian national team advanced by four places and is now 16th.
