The club from Scandinavia that wants to hire the captain of Budućnost Ivan Vuković is the Swedish champion Malmo, "Vijesti" has learned. Negotiations are ongoing and it is easy for the work to be completed.
- Representatives of the club from Scandinavia have already watched it before, and it is possible that they will come again. We are not in a hurry, the transfer window in Scandinavian countries lasts until the middle of March - said the sports director of Buducnost, Nebojša Jovović, who has stated on several occasions that Buducnost will not sell the captain at any cost.
Vuković previously had the possibility to go to Charleroi in Belgium and to South Korea, Poland's Wisla from Kraków was also mentioned, but, as he has stated several times, he was waiting for an offer from a football-stronger country.
Whether Sweden, a country of more modest club football, fulfills his ambitions remains to be seen, but, in any case, Buducnost would be satisfied, because it would receive compensation, but also reduce the salary budget. Vuković is by far the best-paid player in Montenegro, with an annual salary of around 100 euros.
