Francisco Noveletto, vice president of the Brazilian Football Confederation, believes that Neymar should leave the selection and not play in the Copa America.
"If he plays, Brazil will not win the title. He will be under enormous pressure from the media, he will not be able to withstand it," said Noveletto.
Neymar is accused of raping a girl on May 15 in Paris. He is expected to give an official statement to the police on Friday.
The media have medical documentation, which states that the girl has injuries and post-traumatic stress, and hard examinations were performed at a renowned hospital in Sao Paulo.
"My friends in Rio have information that a compromising video will appear soon," Noveletto said.
Neymar denied the allegations.
Brazil is hosting the Copa America, which starts on June 15.
