Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea could become the new owner of the Spanish second division club Elce.
As reported by the media from the Pyrenees, De Gea could invest 18 million euros in the purchase of the club from the city where his father was born and of which he is a fan.
In 2017, when Elće was relegated to the Third League, United's goalkeeper sent support to the club and said:
"Wherever the fans of Elće are, they will not let the club down".
Apparently, there is another interested buyer, and it is expected that Elće will be sold in the next few months.
