The pairings of the semi-finals of the World Club Football Championship have been completed.
After Al Hilal won the duel with Flamengo, the Mexican Monterrey reached the clash with Liverpool, winning over the Qatari Al Sadd, the host of the tournament - 3:2.
Monterrey had a pretty easy win over Xavi's team.
He led 2:0 in the first half, with goals from Vanđoni and Funes.
He reduced Buneda, and Pizarro settled the match in the 77th minute.
Al Sadd's defeat was eased by Hasan in the last minute.
The semi-final matches will be played on December 17.
