After more than two months, Stefan Savić is in the combination for the Atletik team - the Montenegrin national team player started training with his teammates after recovering from a muscle injury.
Savić played his last match on October 11, against Bulgaria for our national team, but he left the field in the middle of the first half.
After about 30 days, he renewed the injury again in training, and the Spanish media reported, as big news for Simeone, his return to competitive rhythm.
However, they also announce that the 28-year-old defender will probably not be in the first team for the match against Betis, the last of 2019, and that his return is expected in the first game of next year, against Levante, on January 4.
In the current part of the season, Savić played only six matches in La Liga, and one in the Champions League, against Juventus, where he scored a goal.
