Stevan Jovetić will not see off the football year 2019 from the field, but from the stands.
The Montenegrin representative is not in the protocol of the Monaco team for the match with Lille, in the French championship.
Jovetić was in the mix for the squad, but Leonardo Zardim left him out of the 18-man roster.
He returned to football on Wednesday, when he played the last 30 minutes of the French League Cup game, after an eight-month layoff due to a serious knee injury.
