Bayer Leverkusen is the first German Cup finalist.
As expected, in the semi-finals the "pharmacists" were better than Saarbrücken, a member of the fourth league, with a 3:0 away win.
Saarbriken sensationally reached the end, but could not do anything against a much stronger rival in the first game after a 94-day break.
The goals for Bayer were scored by Moussa Diabi in the 11th minute, Lucas Alario in the 19th minute and Karim Belarabi in the 58th minute.
Bayern and defending champions Eintracht will meet in the second semi-final on Wednesday.
