Zeta's European season ended in Luxembourg - Progres justified its role as the favorite in the 1st round of Europa League qualification and won 3:0.
A brave start from Golubovci created two good chances in front of the home team's goal, and just a few minutes after Srđan Krstović hit the outside of the goal post in his desire to assist Mijat Lambulić, Zeta conceded a goal.
It was the 11th minute when the defense of Dejan Roganović's team broke, and Kempes forward Valdemar Tekjela routinely checked Zoran Aković.
From that moment, the game changed completely. Zeta lost her courage and confidence, and Progres knew what she wanted and how to get there.
The match was definitely broken at the beginning of the second half when Zvonko Ceklić needlessly missed a penalty on Tekjela, a player who is on the payroll of Borussia Dortmund.
Tekjela did not make a mistake from the penalty spot, so already in the 55th minute it became clear that Zeta could not avoid elimination, although in the last twenty minutes it improved its impression.
The Montenegrin representative created several situations in front of the opponent's goal, and he came close to scoring in the 73rd minute (Ognjen Đinović and Aleksandar Milić were blocked in the same action), and then in the 80th when Lazar Lambulić, Milić and Kođo Nijaveđi missed.
When it missed, Zeta conceded another goal - Sebastian Thiel scored from a free kick in stoppage time.
