Podgorica is the leader, Dečić is in second place, Rudar with a game less and Budućnost share the number three position - the cards are mixed, it can already be said that the beginning of the First Montenegrin Football League offered a lot, even though four rounds have passed.
Somewhat in the shadow of the success of the team from Lješkopolje, which had maximum performance in the first three rounds, were the results of Dečić, until two nights ago when Edis Mulalić's team defeated Zeta in Trešnjica 2:0 with goals from Anđel Rudović and Ognjen Rolović.
Tuzani have two triumphs and a draw each, scored four goals and are the only team that did not concede a goal in the first 360 minutes of the CFL.
"Nothing is accidental, not even the fact that we haven't conceded a goal yet. Defense starts with the attack, I can freely say that I am the most advanced," says Dečić striker Iljir Camaj.
The victory against Budućnosti at the start - 2:0, and that at the Koma stadium, was the kind of start Dečić could only imagine.
"It's always special to beat Budućnost. It's never easy. We celebrated fully deserved and at that moment the three points were a reward for good work during the preparations," the 24-year-old football player points out.
In addition to triumphs against Budućnosti and Zeta, there were also draws in duels with Iskra and Jezera.
"We can regret those matches, we could celebrate in both of them. Even that was realistic when you look at the number of missed chances. Although, it's good even this way, the most important thing is to play the way we want, to comply with what the coach asks and that every individual in the team gives everything for Dečić's success. As long as that is the case, I am not worried, although it is clear to everyone that there will be wins and losses," says Camaj, who was the scorer in the premiere against Budućnost.
He also referred to the duel with Zeta on Saturday...
"We deserved to win, we were better. Zeta is a team we respect, even though it is in trouble at the start of the season. I don't believe that the others will easily take points from Trešnjica in the rest of the season," said Camaj.
The next rival is Rudar - on Sunday in Tuzi. After such a good start, the fact is that Dečić plays the role of favorite.
"We are not running away from that role, I believe we can handle it. I expect us to repeat the issues from the first four rounds and then I am sure that we have a great chance for three points. Because we are better than Rudar.
However, there is no euphoria - Dečić's ambitions do not change.
"The season has just started, it's too early to "take off", because we haven't done anything yet. We still only think about ensuring survival, anything we do better than that is - phenomenal. The club has provided us with all the conditions, I've been here for a long time and I can say that Dečić was never organized like this".
When it comes to the contenders for the title, Camaj was clear:
"Futura started the season a bit slower, but they will definitely get back on track. Sutjeska has perhaps the best team in the league - those are two candidates, we'll see if anyone can match them," concluded the player from Dečić.
