After victories against Levante and Sociedad, Barcelona hit a snag on Saturday. Valencia came to the "Nou Camp" and took a point (2:2).
A point against Valencia is a step back in the fight to stay at the top of the table. "Blaugrana" has 21 points after 13 matches, eight less and a game more than the leader - Atletico Madrid.
The situation in Barcelona was the reason for "Marka" to analyze the situation in the Spanish club. The Spanish newspaper writes that some players are out of favor with the Dutch coach, Ronald Koeman. The Dutchman has lost his trust in some.
One of them is Klemen Lengle. For a time, the Frenchman was irreplaceable alongside Gerard Pique, but now the situation is different. Pike was injured, and Lengle became unrecognizable on the field. He made numerous mistakes that made it easier for his rival to score against Barcelona, so he started the last two matches from the bench. And so, apparently, it will be until further notice. Ronald Araujo and Oscar Minguesa have formed a stopper tandem in the last two matches and it seems that it will be like that for a while.
Aruho and Minguesa are also ahead of Umtiti, although the Frenchman has recovered and been given the green light to continue training.
Another one who is in poor form is Felipe Coutinho. The Brazilian played well at the beginning of the season, but he is again in bad shape, which is why he was previously loaned to Bayern Munich. Koeman, however, still trusts Kutinje, but it would not be strange if Pedri takes his place.
And Miralem Pjanić is in an unenviable situation. He came from Juventus this summer for around 60 million euros, but he did not leave a good impression. He even said in the Italian press that maybe it wasn't a good idea for him to come to Barcelona.
Pjanić played a few minutes against Valencia, he was standard in the Champions League and there are no signs that he will improve his form.
And Fransisko Trinkao is also in bad form - his contribution to the game is minimal.
Riki Puć didn't fit into Kuman's system either - the coach criticized him for not working enough and not deserving a place in the team.
Sergio Busquets, Antonan Griezmann and Martin Braithwaite didn't play good games either. Kuman has a lot of work to do.
