Milinković before Zeta: I believe that we will not spoil all the beautiful things we have done this season

Ever since it won the title mathematically, on April 11 with a victory in Nikšić, Budućnost has been in decline - both form and results.

In the next four matches, they experienced as many as three defeats, two at home in the championship (Podgorica 1:2, Petrovac 0:2), and one in the semifinals of the Cup, against Zeta away (2:1).

Therefore, the champion is in a bad moment ahead of tomorrow's rematch - the double crown is the goal, but the goal is in jeopardy.

"We have a difficult game waiting for us in - I would say - not the best moment for us due to several factors. As I said after the defeat against Petrovac, we are slowly on our way to ruining all the beautiful things we have done this season," said coach Mladen Milinković, who was emotional and sharp immediately after Saturday's last defeat against Petrovac, saying that he it was a shame to sit on the bench.

Milinković, however, believes...

"I hope that the team will rise from this situation. It also happened at the beginning of the season that we lost two games. Podgorica defeated us convincingly, so we found the strength to enter the series. I hope that something similar will happen tomorrow, and that the team will overcome all problems".

The stakes are high...

"I am sure that the players will not lack motivation. We are given a chance to win the double crown and we want to do it. I know that Buducnost was twice in the game to win the double crown, it didn't work out, I hope that we will do it".

Milinković also recalled that immediately after the semi-final pairs were drawn, he said that Zeta was the toughest rival...

"And we didn't say that out of courtesy, but from the real opinion that the opponent has a better team than the league table shows. Zeta has quality, she showed it in those two matches, and I expect them not to defend themselves, but to try to win the final with one game "The opponent has his calculation, we have ours, I hope that we will be more skillful, happier and that we will reach the final," the 52-year-old Loznica resident is clear.

Milinković cannot count on the injured Igor Ćuković, Igor Ivanović and Luka Mirković in the semi-finals of the mass competition, while Nemanja Sekulić was injured earlier.
