England football team coach Gareth Southgate will announce the final list of players for the upcoming European Championship today, but the island's media are already writing about who the Albion coach could leave out.
Southgate announced a list of 33 players last Sunday, and today he will shorten that list to 26 names.
Jesse Lingard, Mason Greenwood and James Ward Prowse will drop from the list. Lingard arrived on loan from Manchester United to West Ham in the winter transfer window, scored nine goals, but Southgate does not see him in his plans.
Greenwood will miss the Euro due to injury, and Southampton footballer Ward Prowse will not play, because Southgate decided to take players from clubs that finished higher in the Premier League to the championship.
England will play in group D at the Euros, and the opponents are Scotland, Croatia and the Czech Republic
