The president of the FSCG will not be elected on June 30: The sports inspection ordered the holding of new elections in the north

The election assembly of the Football Association of Montenegro will not be held on June 30.

Namely, the Sports Inspection of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs has temporarily prohibited FSCG from holding the Assembly on June 30, 2021.

"The sports inspectorate issued a Decision temporarily prohibiting FSCG from holding a session of the Electoral Assembly of the Football Association of Montenegro on June 30, 2021, for the mandate period 2021/2025, for the reason that it did not hold a session of FSCG clubs - North of Montenegro", posted on the Twitter account of the Directorate for Inspection Affairs.

The Directorate for Inspection Affairs - Department for Sports Inspection - announced on June 7 that it considers it necessary to schedule a new assembly session of the Association of Clubs FSCG - North.

The Administration announced that during the inspection, irregularities were found in the work of the assembly of the Association of Coaches FSCG - North, and that no decision was made at it to support the candidate for president of the Association of Clubs FSCG - North, but the decision "to wait with the proposal of support for a certain candidate, and that the said decision be made in mutual communication, and not at the Assembly".

It is stated that the decision on the selection of candidates was not made at the assembly, but "via phone calls, text messages and vibers", and "since the assembly of the Association of Clubs FSCG - North was attended by a delegate of the Association of Trainers FSCG - North, the sports inspector considered it necessary to hold a new session of the Assembly of the Association of Clubs FSCG - North".

Candidates for the position of FSCG president are Dejan Savićević, who has held that position for 20 years, and former judge Jovan Kaluđerović.

It was believed that one of the best Montenegrin footballers in history secured victory when Vojislav Došljak won the election in the Association of Clubs FSCG - North, but now the Management has ordered a new vote.
