Sky writes that an agreement has been reached, and that Dumfries will arrive in Milan today, undergo medical examinations and make the transfer to "Meac" official.
Dumfries will replace Ashraf Hakimi at Inter, who left for PSG. The young Dutchman fits perfectly in the 3-5-2 formation, which is enforced by the new coach of Inter, Simone Inzaghi.
Dumfries has played for PSV since 2018, and this summer he played well in the group stage of the European Championship.
