The junior cadet national team of Montenegro defeated their peers from Malta 1:0 in the second friendly match.
In the first match, it was 7:3 for Montenegro.
The only goal for the Falcons was scored by Marko Šćepanović in the 24th minute, with a header after a corner and assisted by Marko Perović.
"In this match, we gave more space to the players who had less minutes in the first match, so we changed more during the match. It's nice that we won, it's not easy to beat anyone in two days, but in this match there were a lot of things we couldn't do to be satisfied. This especially refers to the commitment of certain players who had the opportunity to play international matches with the older generation," said Dragan Mijanović, assistant in coach Goran Perišić's staff.
