The coach of Atletico Madrid, Diego Simeone, was disappointed after today's convincing defeat by Barcelona (4:2) in the derby of the 23rd round of La Liga.

"Barcelona was more determined and convincing. In football, the stronger wins. We have defended well for ten years, but this season we have to do much better defensively. At the moment, we are not paying enough attention to defensive tasks," said Simeone after the match.

Atlético is 5th in the table with two points less than Barcelona.

"The only thing that matters is work. Next Sunday we will humbly start working," added Simeone.
