Unity registered a victory in the first spring match.
Six days after the premier match in 2022 against OFK Titograd was postponed due to snow, Bjepolojci celebrated as guests against Beran at Camp FSCG in Podgorica with 3:0 and took the first spring step towards the elite.
Žarko Korać started in the second minute of extra time in the first half for the Berans, who already in the 49th minute were left with one player less due to Ivan Ivanović's dismissal.
Mirza Idrizović in the 60th minute and reserve player Orhan Hajrović in the 83rd minute secured the victory for Vuk Bogavac's team.
Unity, with a game in hand, has five points more than Arsenal, who are keeping pace with the leaders.
The second victory of the spring was recorded by Tivčani, 1:0 at home against Igal. The match was decided by Boris Došljak, with a goal in the 15th minute.
Kom beat Bokelj in Podgorica 1:0 with a goal from Mirza Hota at the end of the first half, and Mladost DG, who celebrated away from home against OFK Titograd with 3:1, is tied with Kotorani in third place.
The second and third places bring a barrage for the elite.
All the goals were scored later on - Luka Boričić in the 59th minute, reserve player Nemanja Popović in the 69th minute and Senaga Naoki in the 84th minute from the penalty spot scored for the team from Donja Gorica.
OFK Titograd remained nailed to the bottom of the table with only seven points and it will be very difficult for them to win survival.
