Portugal coach Fernando Santos believes his team can handle the pressure and qualify for the World Cup.
Tomorrow (20:45 p.m.) the Portuguese will play Turkey in the semi-finals of the playoffs. In the eventual final, their opponent will be Italy or North Macedonia.
"In the previous two finals, we came out as winners. We always played well when it was difficult and most important, except in the last game against Serbia. The players are experienced and it won't be a problem for them. We want to make 11 million people happy again," said Fernando Santos.
In the qualifiers, Portugal finished in second place in Group A, behind Serbia.
