He kept the gun pointed until Jilmaz crashed, and when he missed - he fired just as the camera zoomed in on the footballer.
The experienced striker apologized after the match and announced his farewell to the national team.
"I will dream about this penalty every night for the rest of my life. I'm sorry, what else can I say. This was my last match for the national team. I didn't want to go this way, but I wore this shirt proudly," said the Lila forward.
