Cristiano Ronaldo will play in another World Cup - Portugal defeated North Macedonia 2:0 last night and paved the way to Qatar.
It will be Ronaldo's fifth World Cup - he appeared in Germany in 2006, then played in South Africa, Brazil and Russia.
"The goal has been achieved, we will play at the World Cup in Qatar. We are in a deserved place. Thank you to everyone in Portugal for their unreserved support," Ronaldo said after the match with the Macedonians.
The draw for the World Cup is scheduled for Friday at 17 p.m., and Portugal is in the first hat.
