Manchester United announced that former England coach Steve McClaren and Mitchell van der Gag will be assistants to Ten Haag. McLaren already worked with Ten Haag at Twente, while Van der Haag worked with him at Ajax.
McLaren worked as an assistant to Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford from 1999 to 2001.
