The new coach of Manchester United, Erik ten Haag, told the club leaders that he wants five players, namely Frankie de Jong, Calvin Phillips, Declan Rice, N'Golo Kante and Darwin Nunes, according to the British media.
The British media point out that United are not giving up on De Jong, who has already worked with Ten Hague in Ajax, but the Dutchman does not want to leave Barcelona, which is asking for 60 million euros for him.
Ten Haag wants Phillips, who is a member of Leeds, as well as Rice from West Ham, who has set a compensation of as much as 180 million euros, at any price.
Ten Hag is also planning Kante, but the problem is that the French international has been prone to injuries lately.
The most realistic option is Benfica forward Darvin Nunes.
