Dečić played 1:1 with Dinamo Minsk in the first of two "home" matches against Belarus, in which he was a nominal guest. At the empty DG arena, after 90 minutes of open fighting, a match with an unexpectedly high rhythm for this period of the season, there was no winner. The decision falls in seven days under Gorica.
Tuzani could have won, they could have lost, after the chances they had later on they were even closer to winning than losing, but the most important lesson they learned after the first game against a more experienced opponent is - that they can move on , that the Belarusian Dinamo can be eliminated.
In seven days under Gorica, Vladimir Janković's team will have support from the stands and will have more self-confidence after they showed in the first match that they can offer more to the players - in terms of creation and lethality - than the opponent, who is richer only in history and tradition.
Completely unexpected, given that Dečić had just come out of training and that Dinamo was in the middle of the season, Tuzani were the better rival in the second half, they had more chances, actually three only chances - although it was expected to be the other way around.
In the 61st minute, Bećiraj hit a diagonal shot from the right side - goalkeeper Hatčević deflected the ball into the corner even though everyone saw it in the net. In the 81st minute, the goalkeeper of the Belarusian net made a brilliant save from Marušić's header after a corner, and only a minute later Božanović was able to score - also with his head, the ball flew past the post.
For two out of five possible substitutions, coach Janković waited until stoppage time, and only then did the guests manage to demonstrate the difference in physical fitness and could score a goal, but the new goalkeeper Dečića Marković saved Begunov's shot.
Both goals were scored in the first half, in which the Tusans needed time to relax a little - in that half, the home team showed lethality in attack, but also vulnerability in defense.
In the 26th minute, Hatkevich saved two devastating shots - Nikolić, then Bećiraj, but he couldn't do the third as newcomer Denković put the ball into the net from the left side.
The joy of Tuzan was short-lived, just seven minutes later the former striker of Budućnost Bakić played a return ball for Kisjak, the former midfielder of Russian Krasnodar, who hit the very fork of Marković's goal from the edge of the penalty area.
