Sead Hakšabanović is currently neither in heaven nor on earth.

On the last day of June, his loan from Russian Rubin to Swedish Djurgarden expired, and he is under contract with the club from Kazan.

The chances of him returning are virtually non-existent, due to the complete situation in Russian football, but also due to the fact that Rubin will be playing in the second division next season.

Therefore, the Montenegrin representative has been practically without a club for 20 days, and for a long time there was no news about where he will continue his career.

The Swedish media opened up some options today, one of which is the Premier League.

Apparently, it is about the interest of Leicester, who would also borrow the 23-year-old attacker from Rubin.

Hakšabanović signed for West Ham five years ago, as a teenager, but failed to establish himself in the fight for the first team shirt, so he was on loan in Malaga and Norrkoping, before moving to Russia last summer for almost eight million euros.

The media also reports that there are other interested clubs - one of them is the Belgian giant Anderlecht.

There are, allegedly, also signals from France, specifically from Reims and Angers.

And Đurgarden wants to keep him, so the young footballer is probably choosing the best solution...
