The President of the Football Association of Montenegro Dejan Savićević, the President of the Municipality of Tuzi Nik Đeljošaj and the Director of FK Dečić Paljo Drešaj today laid the foundation stone for the construction of the new stadium tribune in Tuzi.
In the first phase of the project, a grandstand with a capacity of 1.080 seats will be built, which will include all the rooms necessary for the organization of matches - new dressing rooms for teams and officials, an outpatient room, a press room..., FSCG announced.
The investment, which will be financed jointly by FSCG and the municipality of Tuzi, amounts to about 2,5 million euros. The deadline for completing the works is 12 months.
"I am extremely glad that, after certain administrative obstacles, the construction of the new stadium tribune in Tuzi has begun. I hope that the works will be completed on time and that Tuzi will get a modern football building. We wish that, when this tribune is built , let's continue with the project and build another stand at this stadium, so that international matches can also be played here," Savićević said when laying the foundation stone.
The president of Tuzi municipality, Nik Đeljošaj, thanked the Football Association for the help in building the grandstand.
"We owe a lot of gratitude to the Football Association of Montenegro for the successful cooperation so far. We received support for this project and construction began immediately as soon as we collected all the necessary documentation. Most of the funds were provided by FSCG, and we as a municipality will participate with about 10 percent of the funding. I hope that in the future our cooperation will be as successful as it has been so far," said Đeljošaj.
