In the second round of group 5 of the main qualification round for the World Cup, Montenegro welcomes Kazakhstan, which took fourth place at the world championship held last year - along with Spain and Portugal, it is currently the best representative of European futsal.
"A game awaits us with Kazakhstan, which, along with Spain, is perhaps the best team in Europe, so it is clear who is the favorite in the upcoming duel. Until now, we only had the opportunity to watch them at the end of major competitions, and now we have come to situation to play official matches with them", said coach Sveto Ljesar.
The Kazakh team is led by Brazilians, tomorrow there should be three of them in the team - goalkeeper Leo Igita, Tajnan da Silva and Douglas Junior.
"As part of the preparations for this match, we played two closed games with the United States of America in Umag, where we gave a chance to the players who have received less minutes so far. I am sure that my players will enter the duel with Kazakhstan fully motivated, but I also aware that we will need a dose of luck to reach a favorable result", said coach Ljesar.
