Cristiano Ronaldo has not yet said the last word in the Portuguese national team, claims the most widely circulated Portuguese newspaper "Coreo de manja".
Ronaldo is reportedly ready to play for the national team in the qualifiers for the European Championship and at the championship in Germany in 2024.
The famous goalscorer turns 38 in February.
He ended the last World Cup in tears, after being eliminated by Morocco in the quarter-finals, and his decision on where he will continue his career is expected soon.
World media reported that he is the closest to signing for Al-Nasr from Saudi Arabia.
It is also expected that Portugal will change its coach and that Fernando Santos will no longer be on the bench, and "Gazeta delo sport" reported that Jose Mourinho received the invitation.
Ronaldo, however, is ready to continue even if Santos stays, although he left him out of the starting line-up against Switzerland and Morocco.
