Former Barcelona footballer Bojan Krkić ended his professional career at the age of 32.
"I am now 32 years old and after having learned and experienced so much, I want to announce the end of my career as a professional football player," said Krkić at a press conference.
Krkić made his debut for Barca's first team in the 2007/08 season, making 163 appearances and scoring 43 goals.
At 17 years and 51 days, he was the youngest scorer of the Catalan club in La Liga, until that record was broken by Ansa Fati (16 years and 304 days).
With Barça, he won three Spanish championship titles, and had two trophies in the Champions League.
In his career, he also played for Roma, Milan, Ajax, Stoke, Mainz, Alaves, Montreal, and the Japanese Vissel Kobe.
