Welsh Wrexham recently won promotion to the Fourth League of England, and its owner Ryan Reynolds wanted to bring a big world football star to the team.
Gareth Bale received an invitation from a Hollywood actor, but he did not hesitate - the former Real Madrid ace flatly refused the offer.
Everyone probably knows the reason - because he wants to devote himself to playing golf.
"Back to football and playing for Wrexham? I don't think so, it's unlikely to happen. I'm happy where I am. I'm enjoying my family life and playing golf," Bale said.
The legendary Welsh footballer ended his career after participating in the World Cup in Qatar with the "dragons".
