Rafael Benitez has a new club, he has returned to coaching after almost 18 months - the seasoned expert has taken over at Celta.
It is Rafa's return to La Liga after seven and a half years, and his last job in his homeland was in Real Madrid from June 2015 to January 2016.
Benites is with the club from Galicia, which in the 2023/24 season. celebrates 100 years of existence, signed until summer 2026.
The experienced coach was the European champion with Liverpool in 2005, he also has two Spanish championship titles with Valencia (2002 and 2004), and he was the best in the Europa League in 2013 on the Chelsea bench...
In his career, he also managed Inter, Napoli, Newcastle, Chinese Dalian and Everton.
