An agreement has been reached - Croatian national team player Joško Guardiol will continue his career in Manchester City, reports journalist Fabricio Romano.
The stopper agreed personal terms with Manchester City a month ago, but after that it remained for the European champion to find a common language with Leipzig.
And finally, today an agreement was reached between the English and German clubs, and City will pay around 100 million euros for this transfer, so Guardiol will become the most expensive stopper in the history of football.
Guardiol has already completed part of his medical examinations.
Before Guardiola, another Croatian national team member came to City this summer - Mateo Kovačić.
