The legend of Montenegrin football Dragan Guzo Vujović submitted his candidacy for the president of the Association of Clubs Centar - Football Association of Montenegro.
As he says in the statement, he did it despite the obstructions.
"The FSCG continues to deal with a series of frauds and illegalities in order to prevent my election as the president of the Association of Football Clubs Centar. The last in the series happened on Thursday, October 19," stated Vujović.
"A session of the Centar Coaches Association was held where FSCG representative Mojaš Radonjić, although he was not allowed to attend, tried to deceive the members by claiming that there was only one candidate for the president of the Centar Clubs Association (Risto Lakić - candidate of Dejan Savićević) so that he would be supported. even though the deadline for submission of candidacy has not yet expired. They did not succeed.
As it was announced in the media a few days ago, I received the support of the majority of the members of the Assembly of the Association of Centar Clubs and I was pleased to stand at the head of the football workers who are fighting for changes in our football, which is in a catastrophic state.
I sent the candidacy with the accompanying documentation by mail yesterday, and today I handed it in personally, so as far as I know, and the public at the moment, I am the only candidate," Vujović wrote and added:
"I am ready for challenges and work on the improvement of Montenegrin football, and I invite all football workers who put football first to do the same," said Dragan Vujović's announcement.
Recently, Vujović was supported by the two biggest Montenegrin clubs - Budućnost and Sutjeska".
