- The team is ready, because now we are reaping the fruits of strong, difficult, but well thought-out preparations during January and February in Turkey. In the meantime, we improved our game through the games, and we showed that we are the best team in the league. We have quality, but also width in the squad, because players from the bench often decide the game. I can hardly remember that we played two games in a row with the same team. It is a sign that we are a real team, that we are all equally important and that we have a single and common goal - the title! We know that every next game is the most important, that we have to play to the maximum in each one and enter it in excellent shape, but the upcoming one still has an extra charge. Bubućnost bounces back with quality and is a direct competitor to us - 26-year-old offensive midfielder of Dečić, Oliver Šarkić, told "Vijesti".

- It is completely irrelevant who scores a goal or assists. Let the goalkeeper give it in the derby, just to win. Winning is the best stat and that's all I count. I am very satisfied entering the last cycle, because in two victories we did not concede a goal, so the confidence of the team is high. The atmosphere in the club is fantastic, and I expect it to be the same in the stands on Tuesday. With a triumph, they would not only gain a big point, but also a huge psychological advantage in the rest of the race. Our team is already used to pressure, because we constantly play in away stadiums, but we are in it together and we are doing well. We are sure that our advantage in the table would be more significant if we had a stadium. I have never played in Tuzi, but it is said that the atmosphere is "fiery" - special and gives an advantage. This season, unfortunately, we will not be playing in Tuzi. The works are in progress and it will be a nice stadium - Sarkić points out.
The former cadet, youth and youth representative of Montenegro arrived in Dečić after episodes in Pakhtakor, with which he won the title and the Super Cup of Uzbekistan.
- There the pressure was incomparably greater, and here we are together in everything. What pleases me the most is the absence of selfishness, because we are all one in the team in Decic. Everyone is equally important and that's how the title is won. We are together and we want to write the history of the club. For that, we all need to do our best and we are all equally important. The most important thing is, of course, the victory in the next game. And every subsequent one in the remaining seven. And we eagerly await the draw for the semifinals of the Cup of Montenegro, because that is also our way to the trophy - concluded Šarkić.
A dream with Matija in the selection, this year or in a year or two
After the games in Benfica B, the English third league, Uzbekistan, Oliver Šarkić decided to try himself in the championship of the country whose colors he defended in all younger age categories. In February last year, he accepted Dečić's invitation.
- I consider that decision excellent, because of the new experience in the sense that there is no individual desire to "jump out" and solo in order to impose himself for a further breakthrough - selfishness. That's why I like the immediacy and desire to help a teammate as much as possible here. I am also satisfied with the minutes on the field, the results of the team. The club is also satisfied with my games, and they already want to discuss the continuation of cooperation. Europe is certain for us, but I count only victories. Now I'm just thinking about winning the next game - explained Šarkic.
He doesn't give up on his biggest dream.
- Matija, my twin brother, perfectly defended the goal of the strongest team in the victory over North Macedonia, and we share a dream to play together. And we will fulfill it. This year, in a year, two, three... It's up to me, and I'm trying to improve and hope for a chance. Matija was delighted after the preparations and two victories of the selection in Antalya. Both in preparation and play, attitude, atmosphere in the selection, professional staff. Although, it's always a holiday for him when he's in the national team. His only comment is: "it was great".
