In the last test before the European Championship, the England football team was defeated by Iceland last night at "Wembley" - 1:0.
The media on the Island are not satisfied with the edition of "Albion", which is the first favorite to win the continental title.
"Obviously, it was a disjointed and disappointing game, we didn't show enough character, but I think it's good for us that it happened before the start of the competition," said England coach Gareth Southgate after the match.
Southgate, however, is not worried about the result in the championship.
"We'll be ready. Tonight didn't go the way we hoped. I told the players that not every day is going to go your way and tonight was one of those days. It's also not always going to be upside down, we had enough chances to win tonight too, but we and missed too many chances," Southgate said.
The European Championship in Germany is on the program from June 14 to July 14, and England is in a group with the selections of Serbia, Slovenia and Denmark.
