The football club Lazio announced today that the new coach of the club is Marco Baroni.
"Lazio announces that it has entrusted the responsibility of its first team to Marko Baroni", the club stated and added that the Italian coach signed a contract for "several years", according to the club of our Adam Marušić.
Baroni replaced the Croatian Igor Tudor on the Lazio bench, who left the position after only three months because he disagreed with the club's leaders about the composition of his team and plans to strengthen it.
Until now, Marko Baroni (60) has led Verona, where he arrived last summer after two seasons in Leće.
The former defender spent most of his coaching career at clubs in the Italian second division with only four brief experiences in the elite.
