Kevin de Bruyne has never said that he wants to leave Manchester City, but in recent days the rumors have been the strongest possible - it was widely written that he accepted to continue his career in Saudi Arabia.
The Belgian has reportedly agreed to become a team-mate of Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante at Al Ittihad, but nothing seems to have come of it.
Well-known journalist Fabricio Romano brings the news that the Saudi club denied having an agreement with one of the best midfielders on the planet.
"Saudi Arabian sources deny reports that Kevin de Bruyne has reached an agreement with Al Ittihad, I am told that is not true," Romano announced.
Al Ittihad has other plans, they want the Aston Villa player.
"The club is focused on Moussa Diaby and it is expected to be concluded soon. The next stop for the Saudi club will be a new goalkeeper, talks are being held with Ederson from Manchester City, but it's not easy," said Romano.
Recently, Laurent Blanc became the coach of Al Itihad.
