Robert Prosinečki will face the first competitive matches on the bench of Montenegro with a lot of trouble - one of the three sure "starters" will not play, while the health of the other two is worrying.
"Falcon" midfielder Marko Janković will be out of the field for four to six weeks due to an injury in the match against Karabagh in the Champions League qualifiers, announced the champion of Azerbaijan.
All this means that he will not be ready for the start of the League of Nations and matches between Montenegro and Iceland away on September 6 and three days later against Wales in Gorica.
Janković was injured in the 38th minute of the match with Ludogorets, and just nine minutes earlier, the defender of our national team, Marko Vešović, left the game.
They said from Karabagh that he is expecting a slightly shorter break - from two to three weeks. Of course, the big question remains whether he will be fully ready for the matches of the Falcons in Reykjavik and Podgorica.
Both Qarabag players have muscle strains.
Prosinečki and the fans of Montenegro are also worried about the biggest star - Stefan Savić played only the first half against Sivasspor in the Trabzon jersey over the weekend, after which he stayed in the dressing room due to muscle pain.
Tuska announced that it was a minor injury, but additional recordings showed that Savić was not ready, so he was not part of his team for today's Europa League qualifier against Rapid in Vienna.
"In the match with Sivasspor, he stretched a muscle on his left leg, and since the pain did not decrease after several days and repeated examinations, it was decided that he will not play against Rapid," Ahmet Bešir, Trabzonspor's doctor, told the Turkish media.
