The only footballer who will represent Montenegro in the new season of the Champions League is Juventus player Vasilije Adžić.
Turin club coach Tiago Mota included the talented Montenegrin footballer in the A list of players who will be registered for the strongest European club competition.
That move by Mota is a good sign that the Juventus coach is seriously counting on the former Budućnosti footballer this season.
There is no Filip Kostić on the A list, who is on the exit door of the club, while Jildiz is on the B list.
Adžić has been a player for the Italian giants since this season, and the media in the Apennines wrote during the summer that the young Montenegrin footballer deserves to be in the first team.
Adžić made his Juventus debut in a friendly match against Nuremberg at the end of July, and then got injured, so he will miss the upcoming matches of Montenegro in the League of Nations against Iceland away from home and Wales in Nikšić.
Juventus will play against PSV, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Lille, Aston Villa, Manchester City, Bruges and Benfica in the Champions League.
The first match is against PSV in Turin.
