The international break is over, the club season continues next weekend, and Napoli are worried about Hviča Kvarachelia.
Kvarachelija was injured during the match between Georgia and Albania in the second round of the League of Nations - he injured a muscle and left the game in the 75th minute.
"He got hit in the first half, but he wanted to play until the end. He is a team player, but he couldn't hold on," said Georgia coach Vili Sanjol.
Upon his arrival in Naples, Kvarachelia should undergo additional examinations, after which the situation with the injury will be clearer. Italian media reports that the Georgian international will probably miss the match with Cagliari this coming weekend.
Kvarachelija suffered an injury at the start of the season, in the match with Verona. But, after that, he quickly recovered and played the entire match against Bologna and Parma.
This season in Serie A he scored a goal and also has one assist.
