The expected news comes from the Island - Erik ten Haag is no longer the manager of Manchester United.
The Dutchman was fired after two years on the "Devil's" bench.

Ten Haag is leaving the club after yesterday's defeat against West Ham (2:1) in the ninth round of the Premier League. United is in 14th place in the table with 11 points, while in the Europa League after three rounds they have three points and are in 21st place in the table.
As a temporary solution, the team will be led by Rud van Nistelrooy, who was in the coaching staff of Ten Hague. During his coaching career, the Dutchman managed PSV, with whom he won the Dutch Cup.
In his playing career, Van Nistelrooy played for United in the period from 2001 to 2006, when he won the Premier League, the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Community Shield.
