The stadium under Gorica did not pass the UEFA inspection this time either, so the players of Montenegro will play the last two matches in the B League of Nations in Nikšić.
The "Falcons" will welcome Iceland at the Sutjeske Stadium on November 16, and Turkey three days later.
As announced by the FSCG, the decision to change the venue was made based on the results of the Uefa inspection of the pitch of the City Stadium in Podgorica.
"During the inspection, a certain improvement in the quality of the grass surface at the City Stadium was noted compared to September, but it is still insufficient to be able to play matches of the UEFA competition of men's national A selections," said the FSCG.
Due to the desperate pitch at our biggest stadium, our national team had to meet Wales in Nikšić in September, while during the summer UEFA did not even allow the players of Budućnosti to play a European match against CSKA 1948 under Gorica.
In the meantime, the pitch has somewhat improved, the future of domestic matches is playing on it again, recently the women's national team of Montenegro also played, but for the League of Nations, such a situation was obviously not enough.
