The players of Željezničar Sarajevo are in good shape, they have won six games in all competitions and are in fourth place in the Premier League table of BiH with six points less, but also a game more than the leader Zrinjski.
Željo achieved its last triumph on Saturday, when it defeated Sloboda from Tuzla (3:0) at home. And Denis Ćorić's team got the new three points thanks to the Montenegrin international, Aleksandar Boljević.
The former player of Hapoel, Standard and PSV assisted Mustafa Šukilović for the first goal, and then in the 53rd minute he shook the net and doubled the advantage. By the end, Harun Karić entered the list of scorers.
Aleksandar Boljević is playing great this season, and against Sloboda he was the scorer for the third match in a row. In 15 games in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, he was the scorer seven times, and he also had four assists.
Boljević arrived in Željezničar in September 2023 from Hapoel. The offensive player played 26 games for the national team of Montenegro, and the last time he played for the "Brave Falcons" was on March 30 against Norway in the World Cup qualifiers.
Željezničar plays in Doboj against Sloga in the next round.
